    Shipping is Discreet

    Orders go out in Black Bags or USPS packaging.  Your order shouldn't be obvious to others.
    Orders are shipping within 4-5 business days, given COVID impacts, of purchase but most times sooner. 
    Many communities, families, people, and businesses are impacted by COVID even after months of opening their local economy.  COVID HAS CHANGED SHIPPING TREMENDOUSLY WHICH INCLUDES AVAILABILITY TO PRODUCTS.  While shipping carriers continue to operate, there may be some changes that could impact the time it takes for the product to get to you which is out of our hands.  
    We require the shipping address to match billing address.  In the event your purchase is a gift being mailed to another address, we require identity confirmation via email.  This step is put in place to protect our customer as well as Feelmore from Fraudulent charges. 
    We will communicate any delays in your orders and call to negotiate changes where possible to avoid delays any further. Correspondence related to your Order will be initiated by 'Sales AT Feelmore510 DOT Com'.  Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS.
    We are temporarily unable to ship to PO Boxes.

    Feelmore is not responsible, for stolen packages, lost or items misdirected due to incorrect addresses input at shipping.  We will always help but once the package says delivered, there is nothing more we can do other than suggesting you contact the delivery service on record.  If the tracking number shows as 'DELIVERED', the insurance will not cover it whatsoever.  Only in the event the product never reaches you will insurance be activated. 
    To avoid issues, please consider Signature or Insurance on your items at delivery to avoid issues.

    Nothing is more important to us than your anonymity and security.  We commit to not storing personal payment information as well as sharing your information provided by way of our Newsletters.  Your information, email, is only for communication regarding specials.  

    Returns & Replacements

    As the products we sell are intimate products, we cannot accept returns for products unless defective. Many of the vendors we carry offer a 30-day return policy (with RECEIPT) on products that are defective.  Check the information on your product prior to contacting Feelmore to avoid delay.
